- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 business days, plus up to a week for order preparation.
Other European Union Countries:
- Originals: Free shipping. 🎉
- Prints: €14.99 flat rate, or enjoy free shipping when you purchase 2 or more prints!

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 business days, plus up to 2 weeks for order preparation and obtaining export permissions.
Note: Deliveries to Malta may take 7-14 business days.
All EU Countries Included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We currently only offer shipping within the EU, but I’m excited to announce that I plan to expand shipping options in the near future—stay tuned for updates!

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on both original paintings and prints under the following conditions:

Returns on Originals and Prints
- You can return your original painting or print within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The return shipping cost will be at your expense.
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.

How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us at art@sanjasalopek.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.
Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my oil painting?
- Keep your oil painting out of direct sunlight and in a stable, dry environment. Use a soft cloth to gently dust it and avoid using water or any cleaning agents on the artwork.
